As a follow up to my previous post regarding the Realtors favorite winter fowl, the snowbird. I would also like to welcome the snowbirds from other lands, Canada, Germany, France and England to name a few. Over the last few years, financing had become a problem for Foreign Nationals trying to obtain property by other than cash means. I'm glad to announce that a lender has informed me they are offering 70% LTV financing for property with a sale price of at LEAST $100,000.
