First Time Home Buyers in Tampa Bay

Everywhere I look, I see that the Real Estate Market in the Tampa Bay area is moving in an upward fashion. This means that inventories are shrinking and prices are increasing. Looking over statistics it shows that "The Bottom" of the market in this area, was January 2009.
